Free 20-Minute Introductory Consultation
Choosing the right counsellor is an important part of beginning therapy. That's why I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory consultation with no obligation to continue.

This relaxed conversation gives us the opportunity to explore what has brought you to counselling, discuss how I work, answer any questions you may have and decide whether we feel like the right fit to work together.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, and my hope is that this first conversation helps you feel comfortable, informed and supported in taking your next step.

At Empowering Horizons, I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood and supported.

My work is grounded in compassion, connection and growth, combining professional knowledge with genuine human understanding. As a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming counsellor, I tailor my approach to each individual or organisation, recognising that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be themselves.

Whether we're working together one-to-one or supporting a wider community, my aim is always the same: to create a space where people can develop greater understanding, build resilience and move towards a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
